MailVault entering a crowded category

MailVault had a real functional advantage and a competitive price, but needed a visual and messaging system that made the benefit immediately clear in an e-commerce environment where customers compare in seconds.

Positioning

Clarified the core value
around secure,
front-access delivery.

Visual System

A launch look that felt sturdy,
trustworthy, and has cues back
to Whitehall Product’s logo
to relate as a family.

Launch Assets

Image sets and Amazon A+
content built for notable
features and conversion.

Product Range

Package upgrades include
mailbox posts and magnetic

modern standoff numbers.

Packages, including numbers,
have three different colors
to choose from.

Giving the launch a logo worth remembering.

I developed the MailVault logomark proactively, before formal creative direction was requested. The colors follow Whitehall Products’ branding to link the brand

The identity gave the launch a clearer product story — a distinct security-focused offering — and created cohesion across Amazon, sales materials, and internal product communication.

Building the listing image set.

A cohesive image system that worked across Amazon, internal sales conversations, and launch marketing — balancing functional clarity with polished product presentation.

Two lifestyles, two audiences.

Lifestyle imagery was directed in two parallel libraries — built so the brand could show up appropriately in any selling context.
